Surge Harness
Surge Harness was created to fill the gap between high-performance training gear and rehabilitation tools. Rather than adding heavy load or restricting movement, the system uses dynamic, customizable tension to gently slow motion and make users more aware of how they move. This supports intentional strength work, technique development, and safer rebuilding for climbers, athletes, and everyday users.
The current prototype focuses on torso-to-arm resistance routing for overhead and arm-driven movement. Its design emphasizes modular fit, adjustable tension, and low-impact use cases such as climbing training, posture and core engagement, warmups, prehab, and rehabilitation-oriented movement practice. The project is currently in the prototype phase, with future plans including replacement band kits, movement guides, and exploration of design and utility patent protection for the routing system and modular harness design.
