



PrecisionPutt DIY Monitor
This project as stated above is a Do it yourself project where I give you all the tools and instructions and the person simply buys all the products i have told them to buy to make it work. It is under 50 bucks which is great because that is about 1000 dollars less than a normal data putting tracker. It will be made by using two lasers and receivers that mark when the ball crosses and measure the time between them so that I can get the distance and speed of the ball which are two data points that really help a golfer. It helps with feeling and knowing how far you need to hit it. The next would be the gyroscope that tells you which angle you hit the ball at which is another big important thing to get better at golf with. It would be attached to the back of a putter using tape and it would also hook up with the arduino. I would be able to directly see the results in arduino. The last would be attack anlge wich would also be part of the gyroscope and is a very big important piece to a great putting stroke.
My project is a DIY Golf Putting Training Aid which has an Instructional article that shows what someone will buy/build and after completion will improve someone's golf putting skills which include four parameters: ball speed, ball distance, club face angle, and club attack angle.
