Boxly is a remote sharing assistant that helps students collaborate and interact with one another in ways more akin to pre-pandemic times.

Boxly uses a Raspberry Pi to host a server that allows a user to SMS message it in order to control the interface. Opening and closing codes are generated, allowing single use access for users and item share recipients.

The ATLAS Institute at University of Colorado Boulder is an interdisciplinary institute for radical creativity and invention.

ATLAS is home to researchers who transcend traditional disciplinary structures of engineering, design, science and art to inspire new realms of invention. We make tangible and digital tools and methods that shape how people interact with the world for a more inclusive, inspired and sustainable society.

We offer rigorous undergraduate, master's and PhD degrees in Creative Technology and Design granted by the College of Engineering and Applied Science. Our project-based teaching equips the next generation of strategic problem solvers, designers and makers with cross-functional expertise valued in leading industries.
